Tried numerous remedies for sleep issues. It’s not perfect but I really do feel it has a deep, calming effect, which seems to last well also through next day. Having tried so many products and sleep hygiene techniques I was sceptical but also still willing to try anything & everything I can to help me sleep. I am post menopause, and have really been struggling with my sleep and twitchy legs at night. I have been taking earths secret magnesium and sleep for a month now. I have started to feel more calm in my body and mind. My twitching legs have eased. I can drift off to sleep better as my mind is not racing as much. I shall review when i have taken them for a longer amount of time. I am really pleased that they are working, as i have tried so many other things for sleep, and no groggy feeling in the morning.
