I’ve been using ‘Sleep’ and magnesium bisglycinate now for 60 days. After a couple of weeks I felt like I was sleeping more deeply, and waking more rested. I still wake at 3am most mornings but I do feel more drowsy, and generally fall back to sleep much more easily. So on a whole I think the capsules are working and will continue.

Annoyed that i was not given notice of the delivery. I was notified via email on froday evening it was being delivered. I went on holiday Sunday. I tried to contant them to ask for a delay until i returned. I was advised someone would contact me. No one did. The item arrived today wednesday. I am not home until saturday. Poor communication. Product helped some days not otheres depends on hiw bad my tinnitus is.

Ive recently had my first baby. Sleep is obviously very broken to start with. But then the baby is sleeping and your sleep cycle needs a total reset. I couldn't get to sleep and kept waking even when the baby was sleeping. Ive been on them a month. I now fall asleep so quickly and can stay asleep! Ive reordered! I feel so good taking them. While I think I did sleep a bit better, there was a trade off. I found that I didn’t fall asleep particularly quickly, and I often found myself to be quite restless, a bit like the feeling of restless leg syndrome (which I do sometimes get), but not as severe.

I tried it for 2 months without a lot of success. I read everything about the money back guarantee as I keep trying products that don't work. It said the guarantee didn't apply if you subscribed. So I didn't subscribe, or thought I hadn't.
I reached out by email to ask for advice twice and didn't hear back. Eventually I heard back and was asked to take it earlier, which I did. It helped a little.
I asked for a refund, but was told I'd subscribed and so offered a 50% refund. I agreed, but nothing has ever arrived.

i have used several methods for sleep so because of so many variables it's hard to discern what contributes and how much for each, if any. The latest trial is your sleep complex, mag gly., ashwaghanda, ozlo sleep buds, and an air con environment. i think it contributes enough to carry on using so will continue to purchase. I do like your backstory which did help me to make my choice. thanks

I have suffered with insomnia for as long as I can remember. I have tried relaxing music, yoga, long walks to get some exercise, so I'm tired going to bed but nothing worked. I tried all types of medication - prescription, and over the counter. Some worked but I never woke up refreshed. I have used this product for 2 months and it definitely works -it doesn't just help you to go to sleep, it helps you stay asleep. I hope they never go out of business as I rely on these capsules !!

Go off to sleep quicker and not waking often at 3am so all in all it’s working

Having tried many products with poor results such as drowsiness when you wake up. I was so surprised from night 1 with this product, I had a good rest and woke up with no side effects.

OK, I have to be honest....I panic bought Earth's Secret after experiencing insomnia for the first time. I can honestly say I'm now at the bottom of my pack and can see a difference in being able to fall asleep. I don't know how or why but I've noticed a difference in how 'trying to fall asleep' now feels. It feels easier, less pressure and like its going to happen and I'm sure these capsules have been a contributing factor in this.

Early days yet, but product is working well. Sleep is very important for me, but my schedule is far from conducive to regular timings! I had used Melatonin based products before, but would frequently feel like I needed a kick start to get going-that well documented groggy feeling.
