Why would these supplements work?

A patented extract has been developed and studied for a specific job, and we use each one at the dose used in that research. So instead of five separate pots, you take one complex that’s built to work as a team.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is India’s traditional system of medicine, over 3,000 years old. The name comes from Sanskrit: ayur (life) and veda (knowledge). Several of our ingredients have their roots there.
Ashwagandha has been used for thousands of years as a rasayana, a herb for strength and vitality. Turmeric is one of Ayurveda’s most-used spices, often paired with black pepper, which modern research links to better absorption. Holy basil, or tulsi, is still grown in homes across India as a sacred plant.
We take that ancient knowledge and pair it with modern science: patented extracts, measured doses and third-party testing.
