We want you to feel confident trying our products. That’s why eligible Earth’s Secret supplements are protected by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you try a product and it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

Our supplements are designed to support your body consistently rather than provide a quick fix. Some customers notice a difference relatively quickly, while for others the benefits build more gradually with regular use. We recommend taking your product consistently and as directed before deciding whether it’s right for you.

But if you’ve given it a fair try and you’re still not happy, our guarantee is here for exactly that reason.

Simply complete our Money-Back Guarantee Request Form within 60 days of delivery and our Customer Care team will review your request.

1. First purchases are covered

The guarantee applies to your first purchase of each eligible product. This includes both a one-time purchase and the first order of a subscription. If you have previously purchased the same product, a later purchase is not eligible for another Money-Back Guarantee claim.

2. Subscription renewals are not covered

Your first subscription order can qualify, provided it is your first purchase of that product. Subsequent recurring subscription orders are not covered by the Money-Back Guarantee.

3. One opened unit per product is covered

If you purchase multiple units of the same product, the guarantee covers a maximum of one opened unit. For example, if your first order contains three pouches of Sleep Complex, you may try one pouch under the guarantee. Any additional units must remain unopened, unused and sealed if they are to be considered for return.

4. One claim per product, per customer

You can still try a different Earth’s Secret product under the guarantee. For example, claiming for Sleep Complex does not prevent you from later trying Regulate for the first time. You cannot make multiple Money-Back Guarantee claims for the same product.

5. Requests must be submitted within 60 days

Your request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Requests received after this period are not eligible under the Money-Back Guarantee.

6. We may ask for information about your purchase

To process your request, we may ask for your order number, email address, delivery postcode, the product you’re claiming for, information about your experience and/or a photograph showing the product and batch number.

7. Refunds are based on the amount you paid

Approved refunds are calculated using the price actually paid after discounts, promotional codes or other reductions. Original delivery charges and additional shipping costs are not included, except where required by law.

8. The guarantee applies to direct Earth’s Secret purchases

Our Money-Back Guarantee applies to eligible purchases made directly through earthsecret.com. Products purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, retailers or other third-party marketplaces are subject to that retailer or marketplace’s returns policy.

9. Preventing misuse of the guarantee

We reserve the right to refuse a claim where we reasonably believe the Money-Back Guarantee is being misused, including duplicate claims, repeated claims for the same product, excessive or fraudulent claims, or attempts to claim through multiple customer accounts.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription and don’t want to receive another order, please manage it separately through My Account → My Subscriptions.

From there you can skip your next order, pause your subscription or cancel it. Cancelling prevents future subscription orders but does not automatically create a refund request for an order you’ve already received.
