5. Orders

When you place an order through earthsecret.com, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue, payment problem or other legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

6. Prices and payment

Prices shown on earthsecret.com are displayed in the currency selected or made available to you at checkout.

Where applicable, prices include VAT or other taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders already accepted by us.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers made available through our Shopify checkout.

7. Subscriptions

Where you purchase a product on a subscription basis, you authorise Earths Secret Ltd and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency shown when you subscribe.

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until you cancel it.

The subscription price, discount and delivery frequency applicable to your subscription will be shown when you sign up. Any permanent or promotional subscription discount is subject to the terms displayed with the relevant offer.

You can manage an active subscription through My Account. Depending on your subscription, you may be able to skip, pause, reschedule or cancel future deliveries.

Subscription changes or cancellations must be completed before the next order has been processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to stop that shipment.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Where we make a material change to an ongoing subscription, including a change to the recurring price where required, we will provide appropriate notice before the change takes effect.

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes displayed on earthsecret.com or communicated to you after purchase.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

9. Returns, refunds and your statutory rights

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available on earthsecret.com.

Our voluntary 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is separate from, and does not replace or restrict, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel certain online purchases within the applicable cancellation period and rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not comply with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Promotions, discounts and gifts

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and Earths Secret Ltd in relation to your use of earthsecret.com and purchases made through our website.

23. Changes to these Terms
