Took a little over a week for it to fully work for me but it did help me, it comes packaged in a nice bottle with the ingredients on the side. It has very little taste to it so you shouldn’t find the aftertaste displeasing. These took a few weeks for me to start to feel any difference when taking them, but I have read they take a while for your body to build it up in your system. Would purchase again
The ingredients are all good stuff to help calm and lower your stress levels… I’ve seen a small difference and seem to be falling asleep more easily?, but hard to tellIf it’s these or other changes I’ve made.
Tried numerous remedies for sleep issues. It’s not perfect but I really do feel it has a deep, calming effect, which seems to last well also through next day. It seems to help get me back to sleep, although there are still a couple of ( much rarer) sleepless nights even with this. I really love the natural formula and plastic free packaging too. Having tried so many products and sleep hygiene techniques I was sceptical but also still willing to try anything & everything I can to help me sleep. I can usually fall asleep relatively easily but wake up numerous times during the night and sometimes can’t get back to sleep.
