How do I use your products?

Balance: Take 1-2 a day, either morning or during the day (with or without food).

Boost: Take 1-2 a day, either morning or during the day (with or without food).

Sleep: Take 1-2 Sleep around an hour before bed with a glass of water.

Are your products Organic?

All of our ingredients are organically grown, which means they are free from pesticides, herbicides and heavy metals.

Are your products Vegan friendly?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and vegetarian.

Are your products nut free?

Yep! All our products are nut free and are created in a facility that does not handle nuts.

Are your products non-GMO?

Yes, all of our ingredients and products are non-GMO certified.

Are you products suitable for pregnant women?

We would always recommend that you speak with your doctor or midwife if you are pregnant - in case there are any specific reasons why you should not consume our products or certain ingredients.

All of our products are safe to use when trying to conceive.

Are your products suitable for children?

All of our products are 100% natural, however our products are intended for use by over 18 year olds.

How are your products made?

All our ingredients are sourced organically from around the world, then they are are manufactured in a fully GMP certified facility in the UK.

Can I take more than one product each day?

Our products are made with 100% natural herbs. They also each contain different ingredients with differing health benefits. You are fine to enjoy multiple complexes each day for this reason.

Can I take these alongside medication?

Earth's Secret can be taken alongside most medication. However, as an ethical company we recommend that you seek the professional advice of your doctor before starting your journey with us.

How do I store them?

Once your pouch is opened, make sure you close the seal after use and store it away in a cool, dry place.

Can I take my other supplements?

Yes. Our products are all 100% natural and are fine to enjoy alongside nutritional supplements - you can also enjoy multiple complexes each day for this reason. However, you may like to check out the ingredients of our products- to make sure you are not doubling up on any ingredients.

Do they contain any fillers or persevatives?

No, we stay away from those nasties! None of our products contain any fillers, binders, bulking agents or preservatives. All our products are 100% natural.

When will I feel the difference?

Some people feel the difference straight away, while others it can take up to 30 days as the herbs need time to get used to our bodies. Other factors such as diet, lifestyle, health, hormones also have a play in this. The best way to ensure maximum benefit is to take the recommended serving daily, in the long-term.

Do you have any samples?

Where can I find the ingredients?

You can find a list of ingredients on each product page. These are listed under the 'add to cart' button as well as further down the page, click on the nutritional information.

What are Pillar ingredients?

Our Pillar ingredients are used based on the premise of bioavailability, purity and evidence. These ingredients have scientific studies and clinical data to further support their effects. These ingredients have specifically been designed for potent delivery systems and efficacy by having up to multiple times the absorption rate than generic supplements.

What are the capsules made from?

Our capsules are made from 100% vegetarian cellulose.

Can I take them with my coffee?

We recommend leaving a 30 minute window prior and after taking caffeine to take your product. This is due to caffeine being a mild diuretic, which can reduce the absorption of supplements.

What size are the capsules?

We studied the correct efficient dosage for each ingredient which is why the capsule sizes differ from product. If for any reason you cannot take capsules, our formulas can be easily dispersed in a smoothie, yoghurt or tea (but it may not taste so good!)

How does subscribe & save work?

Subscribe & save benefits include 15% off your items, alongside free standard delivery!

Subscriptions renew automatically but are fully flexible and can be cancelled at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your subscription portal here. Once signed in, you just need to choose “Cancel Subscription”. Please note that we require a minimum of 2 business days notice before your next delivery, so that we can ensure this can be cancelled in time for you. If for any reason you were dissatisfied with our product, please email support@earthsecret.com.

How do I log in to my account?

You can log into your subscription portal here. Here you can manage your subscription any time and make changes such as swapping a product, skipping a shipment, adding a product, changing the delivery frequency or cancelling altogether.

How do I update my shipping address?

Once logged in, click on View Addresses, and then you can add a new address from there.

How do I update my billing info?

Once logged in, click on My Subscriptions, and then you can update your billing method from there.

I can't login to my account, what can I do?

If you are having trouble logging in to manage your subscription, choose the ‘manage it’ button on our login page here to request an account invite.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

For UK and Ireland orders, once dispatched your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email and will be able to track the order to your door!

Our team does not work on weekends or bank holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as we are back.

Please note that delays with couriers e.g. strike action, will likely cause delays with orders arriving - which is sadly outside of our control.

Please be aware that shipping time varies by country, so please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Northern Ireland, all UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and Irish orders with An Post.

What happens if I’m not in when my product is delivered?

That's no problem. Royal Mail will leave the package in a safe place, or if thats not possible they will leave a slip where you can arrange a collection.

What happens if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry if this has happened! Please email support@earthsecret.com and we will assist you.

Discounts & Refunds

My discount code does not work - why?

Check that you have chosen ‘one time purchase’ and not ‘subscribe & save’ for your item, as subscription items are already discounted and so we are unable to apply additional promotions.

Contact support@earthsecret.com with your discount code if you are still having difficulty.

How does your Refer a Friend scheme work?

Where do I add my discount code?

Once you have added all items to your cart, add your discount code into the ‘discount code’ box and click ‘apply’.

Do you offer refunds?

All of our products come with a 60-day-money-back guarantee, so for any reason you are not happy with your products, please send them back to us within 60 days and you will receive a refund. We always appreciate feedback, please email support@earthsecret.com.
