Great product, was a bit hesitant on the taste so it does need getting used to. But to be able to get those ingredients and benefits from a strip is very cool! Early days, but deffo think the food noise is reducing :o

My subscription for Regulate is easy, consistent, and I feel so much better taking it. A great product that is easy to take before meals, will continue taking it.
I can really notice a difference in my cravings, and energy. I can also feel less bloated (I don't know if that's a benefit) but I am eating healthier. I think I needed this little step to feel better so I can make healthier choices. Still do love a biscuit with my tea, not sure that will ever stop but i enjoy it! I do recommend this product

I have stocked up as you can see :D I've done every plan going. Slimming World, keto, fasting, the lot. They all worked until I got bored, I'm on shifts, so my eating is all over the place, and on a night shift the vending machine was my best friend. I wasn't looking for another diet, and that's partly why Regulate stuck. It's not a plan, it's a strip. It fits in my scrubs pocket. What I've noticed is that the constant background chatter about food, what's next, what's in the press, has gone a lot quieter. Will let you know how i get on in a few months but right now I am enjoying the benefits.
The strips take abit getting used to, i drink a glass of water afterwards. But, the hunger noise STOPS, seriously I don't think about food and random snacks anymore. It's actually very comforting on the brain, to actually just go on with my day. I love this product
My day was coffee, the kids' leftover toast crusts, more coffee, and by 3pm I was shovelling in anything sweet just to get through. I knew it wasn't great, but I had no headspace to fix it. Regulate was the first thing that didn't need me to plan anything. I take two strips with breaky or lunch and that's it. The afternoons feel more even. I'm less snappy, I'm not hunting for sugar, and I actually sit down and eat a proper lunch now, because I'm not running on fumes.

I noticed an improvement within a few days in that I was finding it easier to get to sleep and staying asleep past 3 am. However, after a week or so, I noticed that I was having difficulty waking up in the morning and I always have a headache when I wake, although this does disappear after 30 mins or so. I'm not really sure I'll continue, it has helped but with side effects.

I’ve been using the sleep complex for the past 2 weeks and I’ve certainly found going to sleep better, and when I wake up during the night i fall back to sleep again more easily than before.

I’ve been using ‘Sleep’ and magnesium bisglycinate now for 60 days. After a couple of weeks I felt like I was sleeping more deeply, and waking more rested. I still wake at 3am most mornings but I do feel more drowsy, and generally fall back to sleep much more easily. So on a whole I think the capsules are working and will continue.

I tried it for 2 months without a lot of success. I read everything about the money back guarantee as I keep trying products that don't work. It said the guarantee didn't apply if you subscribed. So I didn't subscribe, or thought I hadn't. I reached out by email to ask for advice twice and didn't hear back. Eventually I heard back and was asked to take it earlier, which I did. It helped a little. I asked for a refund, but was told I'd subscribed and so offered a 50% refund. I agreed, but nothing has ever arrived.

Having tried so many products and sleep hygiene techniques I was sceptical but also still willing to try anything & everything I can to help me sleep. OK, I have to be honest....I panic bought Earth's Secret after experiencing insomnia for the first time. I can honestly say I'm now at the bottom of my pack and can see a difference in being able to fall asleep. I don't know how or why but I've noticed a difference in how 'trying to fall asleep' now feels. It feels easier, less pressure and like its going to happen and I'm sure these capsules have been a contributing factor in this.

I am post menopause, and have really been struggling with my sleep and twitchy legs at night. I have been taking earths secret magnesium and sleep for a month now. I have started to feel more calm in my body and mind. My twitching legs have eased. I can drift off to sleep better as my mind is not racing as much. I shall review when i have taken them for a longer amount of time. I am really pleased that they are working, as i have tried so many other things for sleep, and no groggy feeling in the morning. Early days yet, but product is working well. Sleep is very important for me, but my schedule is far from conducive to regular timings!
