This has definitely made a dent difference so far for me. It’s only been 3 weeks but I get way more REM sleep. Looking forward to continuing.

Unfortunately its taking a while for Earth's Secret Sleep Capsules to work for me. But I remain positive that they will work for me eventually.
I tried it for 2 months without a lot of success. I read everything about the money back guarantee as I keep trying products that don't work. It said the guarantee didn't apply if you subscribed. So I didn't subscribe, or thought I hadn't. I reached out by email to ask for advice twice and didn't hear back. Eventually I heard back and was asked to take it earlier, which I did. It helped a little. I asked for a refund, but was told I'd subscribed and so offered a 50% refund. I agreed, but nothing has ever arrived.
After struggling with severe chronic insomnia for over 26 years, I am finally finding some relief. I am only two weeks into using Earth’s Secret, so it is still too early to tell how effective it will be long-term, but the initial results are very promising. I’m 79yrs old and have been taking your mix of ‘sleep’ capsules and Mg Bisglycinate for many months. I just can’t believe how effective they remain. Not sleeping much and feeling very tired most of the time. Started taking Earth Secret Sleep and my sleep improved on the first night. I'm an active 70 year old and use a Garmin watch to measure my stats and exercise performance. I find it accurately represents how I feel. My sleep score went from mid 30s to 80, Body Battery from as low as 25 in a morning to now in the 80s every morning, and my HRV from 25 to 30 (which is balanced for my age). I'm a new person. I hope these results will continue. A product that actually works!
OK, I have to be honest....I panic bought Earth's Secret after experiencing insomnia for the first time. I can honestly say I'm now at the bottom of my pack and can see a difference in being able to fall asleep. I don't know how or why but I've noticed a difference in how 'trying to fall asleep' now feels. It feels easier, less pressure and like its going to happen and I'm sure these capsules have been a contributing factor in this.
I suffer from chronic insomnia and have been taking zopiclone for a few years and I thought I would give these two ago I could open a shop with everything I have bought so I thought try one more thing and WOW I have been taking them together for two weeks before I go to bed and for the last 5 nights I have fallen straight asleep which I haven’t done for years and stayed asleep I’m so so happy 🤣

I am post menopause, and have really been struggling with my sleep and twitchy legs at night. I have been taking earths secret magnesium and sleep for a month now. I have started to feel more calm in my body and mind. My twitching legs have eased. I can drift off to sleep better as my mind is not racing as much. I shall review when i have taken them for a longer amount of time. I am really pleased that they are working, as i have tried so many other things for sleep, and no groggy feeling in the morning. I am still waking at 3 or 4 am, hoping they will help with this with longer use.

This product has definitely improved my sleep so far.
I wasn’t expecting a miracle and it didn’t happen overnight but after a few weeks, I really started to notice the difference. I used to feel fine during the day, but once I ate, the cravings would kick in, always for something sweet. Now I actually feel full after meals. I’m not constantly thinking about snacking in the evenings. I also feel way less bloated and puffy. Genuinely a noticeable different, thank you, earth’s Secret.

Early days yet, but product is working well. Sleep is very important for me, but my schedule is far from conducive to regular timings! I've been using regulate for about 6 weeks now. I used to be one of those people who would eat a perfectly healthy lunch - like a nice salad or sandwich - and then by 3pm I'd be absolutely desperate for chocolate or biscuits or anything sweet really. I have tried a lot of sleeping aids and this one seems to work for me, finally!
I started taking the combo at the same time as I had Covid and was therefore taking a lot of paracetomol and Ibuprofen, so I did start sleeping more (when not coughing!) ... and this has continued about 60% of the time. I will carry on and see if this continues or, better still, improves, as I have been struggling with a) getting back to sleep (sometimes) and b) staying asleep (often) for several years now. Fingers crossed!
The first night my sleep score was 90% and my deep sleep was better than ever!

Those two pairs are marriage made in heaven for me! Still awake in the middle of night sometimes but I can go back to sleep much easier. Overall total sleeping time improved accustomed my smart ring. It’s early days for me but I’m determined to continue.

So many sleep aids promise to give you the best nights sleep ever, but they don’t and so I didn’t have much confidence in this one. Much to my surprise this actually worked for me, well it has so far and I’m hopeful it will carry on to do so.
