Having tried so many products and sleep hygiene techniques I was sceptical but also still willing to try anything & everything I can to help me sleep. I am post menopause, and have really been struggling with my sleep and twitchy legs at night. I have been taking earths secret magnesium and sleep for a month now. I have started to feel more calm in my body and mind. My twitching legs have eased. I can drift off to sleep better as my mind is not racing as much. Find it helps somewhat with my sleep, which has become harder as I grow older! I am bothered with your packaging for posting - there should be no need for such an elaborate box and packet in today's environmental world. It is totally excessive and over the top. A simple envelope would surely be adequate? Also it would fit through a letter box - twice I've had to go 5 km to the postal sorting office to collect an undelivered parcel due to my being out.
