Like many ladies menopause was full of ups and downs for me - bad sleep pattern, low mood etc etc. I also suffered from a bit of anxiety at times - something very new to me!! Took a little over a week for it to fully work for me but it did help me, it comes packaged in a nice bottle with the ingredients on the side. It has very little taste to it so you shouldn’t find the aftertaste displeasing. These took a few weeks for me to start to feel any difference when taking them, but I have read they take a while for your body to build it up in your system. Would purchase again
The ingredients are all good stuff to help calm and lower your stress levels… I’ve seen a small difference and seem to be falling asleep more easily?, but hard to tellIf it’s these or other changes I’ve made.

I got the ultimate from a recommondation of my friend. It's really working for me, yes it is not cheap, but in my opinion it is worth it to be able to feel this calm and energised all day. Still have a way to go but thanks Earths 👍🏻

As I have just started these caps, I cannot make any comments about it yet. The only thing I can say is that I am having great sleep at night!
