Care
Dream: the eye cups come off the velcro to wash.
Mute: clean the plugs with mild soap and water, let them dry, and keep them in the case.

What’s in the bundle?

How do I take Sleep Complex?
Two capsules per night. One pouch lasts 30 nights. It contains no synthetic melatonin.
I’ve bought masks before and none of them worked. Why is this different?
Because most masks are a flat pad on an elastic, and a flat pad leaves a gap at the bridge of your nose. That gap is where the light comes in. Dream’s cups seal around the eye socket instead of lying across it.
I’m a side sleeper. Will they dig in?
The mask’s cups are tapered at the temple, so there’s almost nothing between your head and the pillow when you turn over.
Mute sits flush in the ear, so there is nothing to press on when you lie on your side.
Are the ear plugs reusable?
Yes. Clean them with mild soap and water, let them dry and keep them in the case.
Will I still hear my alarm?
Mute lowers the noise around you by up to 26dB; it doesn’t block everything. If you rely on an alarm, test it at home first.
Can I buy them separately?
